The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Special Note: If you need to get your item on a specific holiday, please allow enough logistic shipping time. In case you miss it because of the logistics time. We will not support refunds if delivered at the specified time. Thanks!

3) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
